"Coaching with Phil Glosserman along with my participation in the Rainmaker U. program has delivered a solid one-two punch for me and my business. Not only have my sales exploded, but I’ve become much more systematized and organized in how I manage my business and my time. In my first year of coaching, I more than doubled my highest expectation for annual sales. This year, I’m on track to double my business again. Through our regular meetings, Phil keeps me focused on the fundamental strategies and accountable for the actions I need to take to achieve my business goals. Thanks to what I’ve learned from Tim O’Brien in Rainmaker U. and my individual coaching with Phil Glosserman, I’ve gone from one of the lowest-ranked salespeople in my brokerage to number 1 in less than two years."
