Peer Assessments
We personally interview 4-6 of the client’s peers via telephone (or in person), taking them through our detailed, ten-page, 360-degree questionnaire in order to obtain honest, objective and anonymous feedback on the personal brand which the client is currently projecting to his/her marketplace.
Engineering the Right Brand for You
Once we’ve accumulated all of this valuable feedback/data, we will walk the client through our customized Engineering Your Personal Brand Process™ along with three other colleagues handpicked by the client. This process is typically completed in one half-day session (3-4 hours).
Building Your Likeability
Selecting the right personal brand is just the first step. We need to establish a formal plan of action for methodically building the client’s personal brand equity bank account. In order to accomplish this goal, the client and our team work through our Brand Equity Maximizer Process™ laying out 50-100 specific, high impact actions which the client can take that will substantially enhance his/her personal brand appeal. The process is typically completed in one half-day session (3-4 hours). At the conclusion of our session, we establish action timelines and accountability. If necessary we also meet with the client’s staff to ensure implementation.
Telling Your Story
Superstars are better than everyone else at telling their story to their marketplaces. Based upon the client’s input, we craft every message which the client must be superb at delivering to his/her marketplace, including the 15 Second Commercial, Uniqueness Statement and Features and Benefits Statement.
Marketing Collateral
We provide a comprehensive written analysis of the strengths and weaknesses of all the client’s marketing collateral, including brochures and business cards, website, bio, etc. (If the client wants The Personal Branding Group to upgrade his/her marketing collateral, we can do so at an additional cost.)
Wardrobe Assessment
When someone meets us for the first time that person makes up his/her mind about us, good or bad, in just one quarter of one second. Before we open our mouths, our fates could be sealed. The Personal Branding Group will provide feedback on the client’s wardrobe to ensure his/her choice of clothing supports his/her personal brand. This includes The Personal Branding Group’s custom tailor, David Welch, coming to the client’s home and doing an in-house wardrobe inventory and assessment. Dave will also implement his Wardrobe Numbering System™ which will help maximize and expand the client’s wardrobe options on a day-to-day basis.
Relationship Management
The Personal Branding Group meets with the client to set up and implement our unique contact management process called the Box System™. This includes a schedule of specific contact management ideas which will enable the client to touch his/her top 30 centers of influence 6-8 times per year. The Personal Branding Group also meets with the client’s staff and teaches them how to reorganize his/her entire database so that the client is able to stay on offense and systematically produce measurable results. We also meet with the client’s staff three times over a 12 month period (every four months) to ensure that the client and his/her staff are staying on track.
Writing and Publishing
One of the fastest ways to credential ourselves as an expert is by writing and publishing articles which our target audience reads. The Personal Branding Group researches and prepares a comprehensive list of all of the publication venues available to the client (e.g., trade publications, industry newsletters, applicable local, regional and national news publications). The Personal Branding Group writes and submits a series of three separate articles for consideration. (There are no guarantees the editors will select your article for publication).
Speaking to Your Audience
If writing is one of the fastest ways to credential ourselves as an expert, speaking is the other. Our team will aid the client in researching all of the venues which offer the client an opportunity to speak to his/her target audience (e.g., speaking panels, presenting alone on a topic, etc.) and strategic the best ways to secure the most productive engagements.
Building a Network of Superstars
A very powerful strategy for accelerating our progress is building a network of superstars who can pull us up. The Personal Branding Group will leverage our network of more than 10,000 people to help the client get where he/she wants to go more quickly. We will arrange for at least one networking breakfast/lunch per quarter with a superstar who can pull the client up.
Presentation Skills
In order to ensure that when the client takes the stage, he/she is at his/her very best. The Personal Branding Group will facilitate one half-day presentation skills training session (3-4 hours) focusing on the client’s presentation style. We will identify areas to improve and suggest changes in style and technique which will instantly and dramatically enhance the client’s presence and delivery.

Ongoing Coaching for 12 Months
The client and Tim will meet one-on-one, twice per month for 90 minutes each time in order to ensure the client stays focused and remains on track to achieve his/her stated goals.
