The Platinum Package

Involves individual, as well as team coaching. The work is collaborative with a high degree of shared responsibility and mutual accountability between Tim and the client and the client’s team. With the Platinum Package, you can expect Tim to intentionally drive results and hold everyone accountable. More >

The Silver Package

Involves individual coaching between Tim and the client only (i.e., no team coaching).  There is a high degree of collaboration with Tim giving the client specific direction and instruction.  With the Silver Package, the client is expected to implement the work independently. More >
